Insurance accepted(incl. Accuro health insurance, Bizcover, Nib, Partners life, Southern Cross etc)
X-rays are funded under ACC and usually referred to the closest imaging Centre from the clinic.
Missed/Changed Appointment Policy
Appointment times are sometimes amended or changed due to inevitable circumstances.
Our clinic policy is to report us within 24 hours-notice via phone/message prior to the appointment.
Otherwise, the standard fee applies for that appointment.
The reason why we notice this policy is that we may have a patient on the queue to make an appointment on that time on the day.
So please be showed up and keep your appointment on time.
This is a courteous reminder for all patients so we can offer you the best care without any hesitance.
